Willy Moon is set to release his debut album, 'Here's Willy Moon', on April 1.

Produced by Moon with Pulp's Steve Mackey, the 12-track album comes in at under 29 minutes.

Speaking about the length of the record, New Zealand native Moon says: "My album is short like my songs. I always loved the relentlessness and excitement of that first Ramones album and there's something of that spirit in there. I think it will surprise people who've only heard 'Yeah Yeah', there's some slower, more atmospheric songs on it."

The album features covers of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' 'I Put a Spell on You' and Little Willie John's 'I'm Shakin''.

Last year, Jack White put out Moon's single 'Railroad Track' on Third Man Records. Moon also supported the former White Stripes man on tour.

The tracklisting for 'Here's Willy Moon' is:

'Get Up'
'Railroad Track'
'Yeah Yeah'
'What I Want'
'Fire'
'I Wanna Be Your Man'
'Working For The Company'
'Shakin''
'She Loves Me'
'I Put A Spell On You'
'My Girl'
'Murder Ballad'

Willy Moon plays:
