Wolfmother win big at Australian awards

Wolfmother won three awards at this year's Australian Recording Industry Association Awards, which took place at Sydney’s Acer Arena last night (October 29).

The band's prizes included Best Group, Best Breakthrough Album and Best Rock Album for their self-titled debut.

Watched by fans including 'Jackass' star Johnny Knoxville, the Sydney trio trashed their equipment during a thunderous live performance of ‘Joker And The Thief’.

Wolfmother return to the UK next week for the sold-out MTV2 Spanking New Music Tour, alongside iForward, Russia!, Fields and The Maccabees.
