Wretch 32 has revealed that he's in talks to collaborate with Coldplay's Chris Martin.

In a video interview with Muzu which you can watch by scrolling down and clicking below, the rapper said that he had been swapping text messages with the 'Xylo Myloto' singer to discuss the possibility of working together in the future.

Asked about future collaborations, he said: "That's the one thing that's probably the hardest to say. You just never know. There's some records that I've sent to artist, that might not be feeling it. There's probably something massive in the pipeline that I don't even know about yet. You never know - it's random in this business."

When pressed to reveal any potential collaborations in the pipeline, he added:

Me and Chris Martin spoke about a record. Over text, actually. So hopefully that will be massive. I'm a massive fan of Coldplay.

Wretch 32 released his debut album, 'Black And White', in August last year, and is currently thought to be working on the follow-up to the LP to be released in 2013.

Coldplay, meanwhile, will release their new concert film Live 2012 later this month. The DVD, Blu-Ray and CD will be released on the November 19 along with an 'interactive live e-book', described in the marketing blurb as "an in-depth and interactive audio-visual companion piece to Live 2012," and set to feature photographs, videos, Chris Martin's studio journal and more.
