Yeah Yeah Yeahs have extended their current competition for fans to design the cover of their new album.

The band are running a contest to find the best designed flag that, according to the rules,"(Embodies) the symbolic essence that you have vibed off of us totally to the max."

In order to be in with a chance of getting your flag on the cover of the group’s second LP, make sure that entries are postmarked by December 15.

As previoulsy reported by NME.COM, the flag must be:

- Whatever size you like
- Whatever colours you like (Easy on the hot pink)
- Relative to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs
- Embodying the symbolic essence that you have vibed off us totally to the max
- Recognizable as above all a flag that we can stick on a pole and wave around

Accoridng to the band’s website www.yeahyeahyeahs.com: “Whether or not your flag makes the cover, it will be used in the artwork of the album and/or showcased on our website and taken on tour with us for good luck.
