Yeah Yeah Yeahs pulled out all the stops, and the fruit, to overcome a late arrival at the 10 Years Of ATP festival in Minehead this evening (December 11).

The New York art-punks came onstage over half an hour behind schedule, to boos from a huge Pavilion Stage crowd. The delay was later blamed on "bus problems".

“You sons of bitches, we just got here, you motherfuckers,” yelled Karen O as they finally kicked off with a raw version of 'Rich'. The band then tore through a truncated but ferocious hour-and-a-quarter long set, comprising the entirety of their 2003 debut 'Fever To Tell', interspersed by glitter bombs and O gyrating in a risqué fashion with a champagne bottle and pulling bananas from between her breasts.

"Are you wasted, ATP?" O asked the crowd. "I'm fucking wasted. We'll do whatever you want, we’re your bitches."

The singer dedicated a rapturous version of 'Maps' to the festival's birthday – also honoured on the Friday night of the three-day event by Stephen Malkmus And The Jicks, J Mascis. & The Fog and ATP Recordings artists Fuck Buttons – before closing with 'Modern Romance' and 'Fever To Tell' hidden track 'Poor Song'.

A short encore began with 'Zero', before O halted the song, saying, "Fuck that, let's do something else". They went on to play 'Heads Will Roll' and 'Our Time', before leaving after 'Cheated Hearts'.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs played:

'Rich'
'Date With The Night'
'Man'
'Tick'
'Black Tongue'
'Pin'
'Cold Light'
'No No No'
'Maps'
'Y Control'
'Modern Romance'
'Poor Song'
'Zero'
'Heads Will Roll'
