Yeasayer plot North American tour

They also ready new single

Yeasayer have announced the dates of an extensive North American tour next year.

The hotly tipped band will kick things off in Washington DC on January 16 and play cities across the US including Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Brooklyn before wrapping things up in Philadelphia on February 15.

Yeasayer have also announced that they are preparing a single version of an undisclosed track for release in the first quarter of 2008. The single's B-side will also feature a live favourite.
