Yeasayer have rescheduled their European tour dates and rebooked their UK shows for December.
The band were supposed to play a host of Euro shows in September, but cancelled the gigs because of the birth of guitarist and keyboardist Anand Wilder's daughter.
The band put out a statement saying: "Due to family reasons we have to postpone our September 2012 European tour. Everyone is fine, and we are regrouping and trying to reschedule for the end of Nov/ beginning of Dec. We promise to make our way across the Atlantic in support of 'Fragrant World'. We appreciate your understanding and we promise to make this up to you!"
The band will now play Glasgow The Arches on December 2, followed by Manchester Academy 2 (3) and London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire (4). They will then play eight shows in mainland Europe in the run up to Christmas.
Yeasayer released their third album 'Fragrant World' - the follow up to 2010's 'Odd Blood' – in August. Their next single will be 'Reagan's Skeleton', which will be released on November 26 through Mute. Scroll down to watch the video for the track.
