Reformed Yellowcard finish new album

Band say 'When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes' is 'something very special'

Reformed Yellowcard finish new album
Yellowcard have finished recording their new album 'When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes'.

The record comes despite the fact the band announced that they were going on an indefinite hiatus in 2008. They reformed earlier this summer.

The band have issued a statement on their official website, telling fans their new album is "something very special".

The statement reads: "It has taken us three years, but we have finished a new Yellowcard record. 'When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes' is the product of thousands of miles of travelling to write together, hundreds of emails containing demos and new ideas and, finally, eight weeks of twelve-hour studio days, working together again as a full band.

"Throughout the writing, we all felt that we were creating something very special. We had spent so much time apart trying to figure out the things in our lives that needed to right themselves to make Yellowcard work."

The band released six albums over a ten-year period, including 2003's 'Ocean Avenue', which sold over one million copies.

Their new album has yet to be given an official release date.
