Yo La Tengo announce US tour
New Jersey trio Yo La Tengo have announced a short tour of the US in the New Year.

The band will play seven dates on the East Coast, kicking off at Louisville Bomhard Theater on January 25.

The dates are:

Louisville Bomhard Theater (January 25)
Jacksonville Florida Theater (February 2)
Atlanta Variety Playhouse (3)
Chapel Hill Cat's Cradle (5,6)
Charlottesville Starr Music Hall (8)
Philadelphia Trocadero (10)


The band released their criticially-acclaimed album ‘I Am Not Afraid Of You And I Will Beat Your Ass’ earlier this year, and will release a live session EP through iTunes on January 9.

Following their US tour, the band will head for Japan and Australia.
