You Me At Six are on track to get their first Number One position in the album charts this Sunday with their third album 'Sinners Never Sleep'.

If it keeps hold of its midweek position, the album will shunt James Morrison's 'The Awakening' down to Number Two, and Adele's chart behemoth '21' to Number Three. The week's other big new entry comes in at Number Four, with country trio Lady Antebellum's 'Own The Night'.

In the singles chart, Maroon 5 have climbed to the top of the midweeks with their latest track 'Moves Like Jagger', which has been in the UK charts for eight weeks already. That pushes Sak Noel's 'Loca People' to Number Two, with 'Iris' by Goo Goo Dolls keeping its place at Number Three.

The only new entry into the top ten comes from LMFAO, who have gone straight in at Number Seven with 'Sexy And I Know It'. Which means Florence And The Machine will be hoping that the new single 'Shake It Out' will move up from its new entry position of 23 before the official charts are announced on Sunday.

Check NME on Sunday (October 9) at 7pm (GMT) for the full chart rundown.
