Bloc Party man's Young Legionnaire album out in May

Bloc Party bassist Gordon Moakes's other band Young Legionnaire are to release their debut album in May.

The band, which also features The Automatic’s Paul Mullan, have called the album 'Crisis Works'. It will be out on May 9.

The group have made their debut single, ‘Chapter, Verse’, available as a free download from their official website,

Young Legionnaire are currently on a UK tour with Les Savy Fav, with the jaunt including a Shockwaves NME Awards Show at London’s Heaven on February 22. They are also confirmed for Austin's South By South West festival in March and the Live At Leeds event, which takes place on April 29-May 1.
