The DJ wins at the ShockWaves NME Awards 2006
Zane Lowe is celebrating his second win at the ShockWaves NME Awards 2006.
The broadcaster’s MTV2 programme 'Gonzo' won in the Best TV Show category earlier tonight (February 23), and now the Kiwi is celebrating again after picking-up the Best Radio Show nod.
Lowe, who presents the new music show on BBC Radio 1, clearly enjoyed his second win at the Hammersmith Palais.
The full nominations for the Best Radio Show were:
Colin And Edith – Radio 1
Steve Lamacq – Radio 1 and Radio 6
Chris Moyles – Radio 1
Lauren Laverne – XFM
Zane Lowe – Radio 1
Tonight Razorlight and Plan B have performed live.
