Zola Jesus will release her new album, ‘Conatus’, on September 26.

The Los Angeles based solo artist’s third album – her second official release in the UK – features cello, double bass, violin and viola, and was produced by Brian Foote and Zola Jesus herself, real name Nika Roza Danilova.

‘Conatus’ is the follow up to last year’s ‘Stridulum II’ and 2009’s ‘The Spoils'. The cover photo shot is pictured, below right.

The tracklisting for ‘Conatus’ is split into two sides, and is as follows:

Zola Jesus will be playing a host of UK festivals this summer, including The Big Chill, Field Day, End Of The Road and Bestival.
