Zola Jesus will tour the UK this autumn.

The artist will play a run of shows in support of her forthcoming new album 'Taiga', which is set for release on October 7 via Mute, starting at Bristol The Lantern on October 29, with gigs in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, finishing up at London KOKO on November 18.

Zola Jesus will play:

Bristol The Lantern (October 29)
Leeds Belgrave Music Hall (30)

Zola Jesus's new LP is the follow-up to 2011's 'Conatus'. 'Taiga' was written on Vashon Island, Washington, and mixed in Los Angeles by Dean Hurley (David Lynch, Danger Mouse, Sparklehorse).

Speaking about the record, Zola Jesus – real name Nika Roza Danilova – commented: "The music on the record is massive, with big brass and beats, crystal clear vocals... It's the most accessible music I've ever made, but also the most earnest and passionate. I gave everything for this record, more than ever before."

The 'Taiga' tracklisting is:

'Taiga'
'Dangerous Days'
'Dust'
'Hunger'
'Go (Blank Sea)'
'Ego'
'Lawless'
'Nail'
'Long Way Down'
'Hollow'
'It's Not Over'
