Sources close to the band have revealed to nme.com that ZZ Top have completed work on their as-yet-untitled new album, which has been on their record label RCA's "release pending" list for a number of months. However, due to production difficulties its still not certain when the record will get its UK release.

ZZ Top's last album was 'XXX', which was released in September last year.
