Keith Whitley-"'Til a Tear Becomes a Rose" (solo demo) video

"'Til A Tear Becomes A Rose" first made its digital debut on Keith's "Greatest Hits" CD. The song was a 1987 demo written by the husband/wife team of Bill & Sharon Rice, and originally featured harmony vocals by Keith's childhood friend Ricky Skaggs. Lorrie Morgan, with creative control on this project and license to Whitley's namesake, recorded her voice alongside Keith's, and released it as a single, which rose to #13 and won them 1991's CMA award for Best Vocal Collaboration. This is the version which does not feature Lorrie's voice and also features a spoken interlude by Keith on the second verse. I originally posted this video on my original account (jkwfaninwv70), but this time I posted it with improved audio.
