Så takk ("Thanks") - Ketil Strand - Axe-Fx Ultra & Rickenbacker 360. This is a new and brushed-up version of a tune I wrote many years ago. I was never quite happy with it before, but I think it came out ok this time.. All guitar and bass parts were played through the Axe-Fx Ultra by Fractal Audio Systems. the guitar is my new Rickenbacker 360, switching between bridge and neck pickups. I'm using the Axe-Fx Ultra's factory preset 066 "Pushed" with a wah effect added, and a Roland EV-5 exp pedal to control the wah. For the bass part I used my Fender Jaguar Baritone Custom, which basically is a guitar tuned an octave down. Drums: Toontrack EZ drummer. Recorded direct from the Axe-Fx Ultra to my computer, using Cubase for recording and mixing. Ketil Strand www.ketilstrand.com
