''La De Les is a Boston based shoegaze band. The members of La De Les are Cody Nicolas, Aaron James Nicolas, Jocelyn Nicolas and Sara Holbert. Finding their start in 2008 in Michigan, La De Les released "The New Jerusalem EP" before distance forced its way between the members, bringing their progress to a two-year standstill. Now finding themselves in a new beginning, La De Les eagerly advances toward the long awaited release of their album, "Gadfly", this summer. Playing to the sounds of ambient alternative rock, some of La De Les' influences include Sigur Ros, This Will Destroy You, Brand New, MeWithoutYou, Sufjan Stevens and many, many more.''
