His album success established him as a well-respected artist in the industry and won him a huge online fan base. The up tempo single D Thames received particular praise by industry gurus like Trevor Nelson, Ras Kwame and Ronnie Herel. Kevin has spent the last three years working on a variety of projects, not only recording new material but also touring and recording as part of The Streets collective founded by Mike Skinner. He appears on the first Streets album Original Pirate Material and their current album Everything Is Borrowed. Kevins collaborations include co-writing and singing with Nitin Sawney on his sensational hit album Human. He has also worked with Estelle, Black Twang, Rodney P, Tor and MJ Cole. A trans-Atlantic artist, Kevin has toured world wide with the Streets and in Europe with Beverley Knight, US Jazz/Soul sensation Lizz Wright, Massive Attack, Pharrell Williams/NERD among others. The past two years have been a kaleidoscope of challenges, opportunities and lessons and Kevin and his music have grown as a result. Now 29, Kevin is doing even more songwriting co-writing and producing, with a variety of artists.
