It's just been revealed that the couple did not sign a prenup before marrying in 2010, which means under California law Russell is entitled to half of the money Katy made during their 14 month marriage. She reportedly banked around $44 mil-which would make his cut $22 million. But according to TMZ, Russ wants none of it. He reportedly has no intention of going after his soon to be ex wife's money, and want to instead walk away with just the money he earned during that time period. A source says quote, "This divorce is as amicable as it gets. He doesn't want Katy's money. He's happy to walk away with the money he earned -- which is far less than what Katy raked in." We think Russ will be just fine—it may be way less, but he's still worth an estimated $6 million dollars. What do you guys think of this news?
