  • N-Dubz's Dappy was hospitalised after being kicked in the face by a horse. Everyone's a critic.

  • Radiohead's Thom Yorke got involved in a brutal war of words with Moby over Spotify. Moby labelled Yorke "an old guy yelling at fast trains", Yorke spat back: "I am a 45 yr old Luddite and proud of it". It'll end in fisticuffs.

  • As an antidote to Yorke and Moby's Spotify spat, Liam Gallagher piped up to say: "I don't know what Spotify is".

  • Kooks man-child Luke Pritchard and One Direction's Liam Payne got into a fight on Twitter. Pritchard asked a fan: "How can you be a fan of something that has no life. I honestly feel so depressed that you are into The Kooks." He's answered his own question there. We all feel depressed by people who are into The Kooks.

  • Blur will not be having a big day out next year, or at least not at Australian festival Big Day Out anyway. They had some scathing words for the organisers as they pulled out: "We've done our very best to work with the organisers and considered every option to make it happen, but they've let us down and let everyone else down too." It's always worse when they're not angry, just disappointed.

  • Beyonce was apparently kicked off a tour of the pyramids on a recent trip to Egypt. Archaeologist Zahi Hawass took issue with her tardiness and perceived rudeness. He promptly walked, like an Egyptian.
