On Friday (April 8), Adam Kesher headlined Club NME at Camden’s KOKO venue. If you didn’t make it, check out what you missed. And if you were there, take a look to see if you made it into out gallery.
Parisian band Adam Kesher recalled that the first time they came to London, “it was a cold winter, we were so young and we’d just learned how to say ‘Hi, we’re French. We love chips.”
“A really clever French promoter booked us a show at Plan B, Brixton in the middle of the week,” the band told NME about their first London gig. “We made some noise for 20 minutes in front of the five boys of the headlining band. Great sound, great moment. We spent the rest of the night in a smelly youth hostel.”

This Friday (Apr 15), Pippa Marias will be headlining the London clubnight. The four-piece moved from Sweden to Dalston and will be making their Club NME debut.
The following Friday (Apr 22), Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs will be headlining a special Club NME Easter Ball. Visit KOKO’s website to purchase tickets.
Adam Kesher headlined the London clubnight this past Friday, closing the show with “a ‘house classic’ cover,” as they described it. The band are hosting a free album release show on Monday (Apr 11) at the Old Blue Last.
