History Of Britain's Most Rock 'N' Roll Street In Pictures

This autumn, London's Carnaby Street celebrates 10 decades of musical history. Carnaby Echoes pinpoints the street's musical heritage with a series of plaques by artist Lucy Harrison and an exhibition on Foubert's Place, running from 5 September to 20 October. It shows the thoroughfare's integral role in movements including jazz, mod and punk - and here are some of the great images on display.
