Latitude festival takes place this weekend (19-21 July) in Suffolk, and as always, there's a rich offering of new talent to check out. Chloe Howl has an unyielding talent for lyrical honesty, as showcased on her ‘Rumour’ EP. The upcoming pop star will grace The Alcove Stage on Friday.

Initially just vocalist Elena Tonra’s solo project, Daughter has since expanded and now features Igor Haefeli on guitar and Remi Aguilella on drums. Named Vogue’s ‘Artist of the Week,’ in 2011, the indie-folk trio released their first full-length album, ‘If You Leave’ earlier this year. Catch them at the BBC Radio 6 Music Stage on Saturday at 4.40pm.
