We learned so much this week we can barely cope, but we'll give it a go sharing it. Starting with this... Arcade Fire will headline Glastonbury on the Friday night (June 27). The band announced they'll be heading to Worthy Farm via a Twitter picture of their tour date (written in chalk, obvs) and a cryptic post saying "Next year, one week in June".

When Dev Hynes' lost all his possessions and his puppy Cupid in a flat fire, we discovered the generosity of fans. More than $24,302 (£14,835) was donated to a fund set up by his girlfriend's mum. He says he's donating it to three charities. "Imagine being outside of your home one day," wrote Dev in a blog. "Then somebody presses delete, on the last decade of your life."

Tulisa Contostavlos has denied, in court, charges she played a part in the supply of Class A drugs. She was arrested after a tabloid newspaper report claimed she was involved in an $860 cocaine deal. Forced to reveal her address during the hearing, she said "I might have to move to a new address" with her solicitor saying it might attract "unwanted visitors".

I'm just gonna take some time. I think I'm probably going to quit music." Unfortunately, it turns out he was joking.

The Velvet Underground drummer Moe Tucker has said she misses frontman Lou Reed "a hell of a lot". Paying tribute to her former bandmate, who passed away aged 71 in October, she's revealed the pair had a brother-sister relationship. "Now Andy [Warhol]'s gone, Sterling [Morrison]'s gone, Nico's gone and Lou's gone," she said. "It feels strange. I miss them all, but I really miss Lou."

Finally we learned that Kanye West will never stop playing is music, even on a movie set. Will Ferrell described Yeezy's Anchorman 2' cameo as "surreal" in an interview on The Jonathan Ross Show. "He was playing the new tracks a lot - over and over. Even when you're trying to film, he's playing the tracks," he joked.
