After a ruckus at the NME awards this year between Idris Elba and Liam Gallagher, the actor played 'Wonderwall' in a DJ set. Asked by GQ if he was taking a shot at Gallagher by playing the song, Elba responded: "No! Fuck that idiot. No. I don’t even know what his songs are about now or what band he’s in now. No-one gives a fuck, yeah? He was popular when he was in Oasis."

In his song 'Yonkers', Tyler, The Creator raps about stabbing Bruno Mars "in his goddamn oesophagus". Mars responded to the threat, telling Spin that he "has to wait in line if he wants to stab me".
