Fall Out Boy are set to take an "indefinite" break from band duties, their spokesperson has confirmed. Pete Wenz and the rest of the Chicago four-piece are set to step away their musical commitments within the band and have not set a schedule for any possible return. Despite their self-titled debut having only been released earlier this month, the three-piece say they are already thinking about its follow-up."I felt we've only just started to pick up steam. Why would we want to stop now?" singer Josh Homme told The Sun.

Interpol have revealed that their new album will be released in early 2010 - and is a bit of a retro affair. The record will be the follow-up to 2007's 'Our Love To Admire' and the group's fourth studio album, and the band's drummer Sam Fogarino has revealed how the sound of the LP is a return to that of their 2002 debut album 'Turn On The Bright Lights'.

Daft Punk could be playing arena gigs in London, Manchester and Dublin next year, according to what are believed to be leaked world tour dates for the dance act. According to Undercover.com.au the duo will headline Wembley Arena on September 3 next year, then will play the Manchester MEN Arena on September 6. Eminem has announced that he is to release an expanded version of his 'Relapse' album, featuring seven bonus tracks. Of the seven bonus tracks on 'Relapse: Refill' five have never been released before. 'Taking My Ball', which was previously released on the 'DJ Hero' game, and the single 'Forever' also feature.
