From DJing across the country at sweaty student nights to playing massive gigs alongside the likes of Pendulum, and Crystal Castles James Theaker's been at the forefront of every party. Catch him with NME Modified every Saturday night 9-11pm .

What can we expect from your show?
Expect the unexpected! It’ll be like your entire Saturday night out condensed into two hours, minus the kebab. Anything from the tunes that get you warmed up right through to jumping around on the dancefloor.

What kind of music will you be playing?
Indie/ Electro/ D&B/ House/ Disco/ Breaks and Rave!

What was the first album you bought?
The Smash Hits ‘95 double cassette! Featuring such quality artists as Zig & Zag, The Rednex, and PJ & Duncan.

What would you be doing if you weren't a DJ?
I’ve worked as a radio plugger, so maybe I’d like to do that full time. It’s cool because you get to know all the people behind the scenes and go out for nice lunches all the time.

What's the strangest thing that's happened in your DJ career?
DJing in a zoo! Weird but really fun.
