Nice voice and everything, but bloody hell! Never has someone sung a song about having no-strings sex and sung it to a tune that made it sound quite so much like a prelude to some Rodgers & Hammerstein production about the travails of a family of deaf-mute market gardeners. After the sultryish charms of her LP about the noble and highly intelligent practice of smoking, it now sounds like KD is filled with that insane joy that accompanies only those who have recently packed it in. There is air in her lungs. She is charging about in a white suit while happy children play under lawn sprinklers. Quick! Run! Here comes Howard Keel!
