We find The Frank And Walters with their glory days behind them, their painting and decorating days in front of them, but the men involved still unconcerned by the downturn in their fortunes in the last ten years. Once NME cover stars, now reduced to telling us that Noel Gallagher was once their roadie, the Franks here explore the uncharted world away from the indie guitar workout to bring us a not awfully successful disco effort which sounds a bit like Badly Drawn Boy.
