Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins : My Getaway
Another disappointing slab of solo R&B from T-Boz...
Poor TLC - last time they released an album, Destiny's Child were still duetting with Matthew Marsden, the one off Coronation Street who wasn't Adam Rickitt. 'My Getaway', another disappointing slab of solo R&B from T-Boz, can be found on the Rugrats In Paris soundtrack alongside 'Who Let The Dogs Out?' and Geri Halliwell's astounding version of 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin''. It does include the line, "we can have a barbecue", but that hardly rescues Tionne from the uncomfortable fact that 'My Getaway' would be quite at home as a Sugababes B-side.
