Proud Mary : All Good Things

A shimmering blitzkrieg of avant-tech house with blokie from
Papa Roach on heat-seeking bagpipes, Proud Mary's second single bites chunks from the arse of 'Amnesiac' and gobs them in the face of The Future... oh come on, what do you think? Produced by Noel, assisted by Gem and with Liam presumably watching the door in case anyone tries to sneak in any electricity, 'All Good Things' is basically 'Wonderwall' trying to scale the Rockies on a one-legged donkey. Packing pedal steel, croaky rawk tonsils and 'Keep Music Retro' banner, Pog, Bog, Stog, Grog and Barry are on a mission to make Gomez look
like Squarepusher and hence encapsulate everything about British rock music today that is wrong, evil and should be doused in rabbit hormones and fed to
wild dogs.
