Necessary or evil? Well neither really, it's just a bit dull. Even Silicone Soul can't glam up Universal Principal, and just as it gets interesting with Slam's 'Life Times', it's over. That's after two-and-a-half hours of numbing 4/4 phantasmagorias, mind.
