Lo Fidelity Allstars : Lo Fi's in Ibiza
It's been three years since the Lo-Fis were the dance band the indie kids could like.
It's been three years
since the Lo-Fis[/url]
were the dance band the indie kids could like. The
psychedelic-disco-ravers that made it to Radio 1 and beyond. In that
time, they've shuffled their line-up, found new vocalists and spent an
inordinate amount of time in Ibiza. As you'd expect, this celebratory
house number is the result of one trip, a track intended for just one
particular DJ trip to the island. But the kids voted with their feet, as
they say in those parts, and so the track gets a proper release.
Unfortunately, it's at least two months too late. The party is over and
the clubbers have gone back to their day jobs. It rains. There's a war
on. To be honest, we're just not in the mood.
