Weird noise from Glasgow made by the ramshackle assortment of retired indie-poppers and porcelain-skinned lo-fi types who make up the roster of one of Britain's great visionary labels.
Necessary or evil? It's craggy and tempestuous but never less than thrilling, as it lurches wilfully from Nectarine No 9's Dada-pop to the meditative electronics of Future Pilot AKA. A thing of incongruous wonder, like Taggart on the moon.
