Twisted Charm : London Scene?

For the greatest city in the world (fact!), London has actually inspired very few good songs. Twisted Charm make a stab at rectifying this situation while sounding like a two tone record smashed into tiny pieces and rearranged. Unlike, say, ‘Waterloo Sunset’ though, ‘London Scene?’ is a less-than-fond dissection of life in our nation’s proud capital, where teenage mums, football hooligans, A&R men and drunk city boys are berated for not reading enough Keats over skeletal artwave and dissonant sax. It’ll win them few friends, but Twisted Charm burn their bridges in style.
