Rocking Horses : He's got the best TV

...the result is - amazingly enough - mildly amusing!

They've got brother and sinister songwriting team Peter and Jenny on vocals and Justin and Gary on bass and drums AND they play comedy-indie rock AND they're called The Rocking Horses. And I know what you're thinking - you're thinking, "KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL!"

But I say - belay that bloodlust, you gibbering red-eyed scum! Because The Rocking Horses have managed to bridge the gap between zany Merseybeat clowns Freddie And The Dreamers and late-'70s acoustic-punk Marxist Peel-favourites Desperate Bicycles and the result is - amazingly enough - mildly amusing!
