Neil Finn : Wherever You Are

Neil Finn : Wherever You Are

Apparently, Radiohead's Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway are playing five New Zealand dates with Neil Finn in April. Good of Neil to give them a leg up like that. Like all the Crowded House man's best songs, you'd be unlikely to pick this out from similar Radio 2 fodder, unless you were really concentrating, but repeated listens reveal a subtly beautiful tune and some typically memorable wordsmithery. Clearly too nice for his own good, Finn's forthcoming album, 'One Nil', will feature a contribution from Sheryl Crow.
