Wheatus : A Little Respect

Post 'Teenage Dirtbag', Wheatus are keen to prove that they're

not one-hit wonders. What better way to achieve that than by covering an Erasure song? There's a move that positively shines with creative credibility, rather than the sweat of desperate chart-junkies. Still, at least the Farrelly Brothers should keep them in soundtrack royalties for the rest of their decreasingly zany existence: a bonus for them, a legacy as appetising as a back-garden uranium dump for anyone else. Bet they don't wear the Andy Bell-style leotards either, the cowards. Victoria Segal
