Blue States : Elios Therepia
Good men have been shot for less.
Fantastically daft, this one, a bit like leaving Manumission and discovering Clint Eastwood standing outside looking surly in a poncho. 'Elios Therepia' transports the twang and gallop of Ennio Morricone's spaghetti western themes to the Balearics. There are partying outlaws in the hills, moody showdowns in the streets and this great widescreen thumper to soundtrack them all. Plus a remix featuring a kazoo solo to spoil the atmosphere. Good men have been shot for less.
