Destiny's Child : Bootylicious

Since they've slimmed down to a three-piece, brought God to the forefront and conquered the world, Destiny's Child have lost a little of the edge that made their 'The Writing's On The Wall' album so amazing. They even got booed at a concert in California last week by rap kids waiting for Jay-Z to appear. Happily, despite its silly title, 'Bootylicious' is a return to the taut Destiny's sound of old, being based around a choppy guitar riff lifted from Stevie Nicks' 'Edge Of 17'. You'll hear 'Bootylicious' on the radio every day but that's still no reason why you shouldn't buy it. Another infectious classic.
