Delta : Could You

A beautifully intimate and insidious song about getting, as they would say, "your leg over"...

When James and Patrick Roberts from Delta were in bands in the Eighties, they used to take delight in mercilessly heckling one-hit-wonder girl group Strawberry Switchblade. Fact: one of Strawberry Switchblade later became a prominent priestess in the Church of Satan. Could the two events be connected? And does this - brr! - have anything to do with the fact that Delta spent the next ten years being the unluckiest band in Britain? Hopefully, they've broken the voodoo with their comeback single, a beautifully intimate and insidious song about getting, as they would say, "your leg over".
