PPK : ResuReaction

You've heard of UK Garage, French disco and Belgian New Beat (well, maybe not Belgian New Beat). So stand by your beds for the next musical movement - Russian trance, or 'transki', if you please. PPK are Alexander Polyakov and Sergey Pimenov, at one point the most downloaded act on the internet and the organisers of the biggest rave in the history of Russia. Their debut European single is a frantic, if melancholic number that samples the voice of a cosmonaut in space. An effect no doubt even more poignant when pilled off one's margin.
