Alien Ant Farm : Attitude

Anyone who had the pleasure of witnessing the five second rendition of the Ant’s epic riff on ‘Smooth Criminal’ by house-band Stamford Amp on last weekend’s ‘Saturday Show’ will know that recreating their gonzo 2-D metal frash ain’t easy. So, assured of their unique place in music’s annals alongside, er, some other mates of Papa Roach, back they come with more heavy-hearted spills that will send middle-aged surburban mums of twelve year old ‘Farmheads’ reaching frantically for the valium.

‘Movies’ or ‘Smooth Criminal’ ‘Attitude’ is not, but hey, having cleaned up already with their two epic blows to the MTV nu-metal consciousness, you can’t really blame Dryden Mitchell for sticking around to mop up the last of the black-clad opposition, can you? Can you?
