It seems that even Nick Cave – happily married to model Susie Bick – suffers the withholding of ‘bedroom’ privileges. Perhaps he was busy releasing bats when he should have been driving the kids to school? Maybe he couldn’t resist murdering a few virgins on the way to Ikea? Either way, like the best Cave tracks (Grinderman is basically a streamlined Bad Seeds), this two-chord garage snarl with just a vague undercurrent of sexual assault is both terrifying and hilarious.
