Appleton : Don't Worry
...why should anyone care about the lesser-talented members of an above-average pop band who married money?...
We have are they/aren’t they Russian lesbians Tatu covering Smiths songs. We have electro-pop fashion bitches Fischerspooner[/url] taking the piss out of everyone. We have Liberty X toying with their manufactured history in the video to the excellent ‘Being Nobody’, a collaboration with bootleg terrorist Richard X. Pop music has never been more subversive, spectacular and debatable. So why should anyone care about the lesser-talented members of an above-average pop band who married money? Particularly when, ‘Don’t Worry’, the Appleton’s second single, sounds like a mid-paced Robbie chugger, with Brian May on artistic direction.
