Chikinki : Assassinator 13

Is this what the madman dreamt space-indie would be like?

Yes you read right Chikinki (pronounced Chi-kink-ee): it’s like motherchicker, Pachakibasintard and Nikigger ie. very close to, but not in the slightest bit offensive. Rising from the ashes of a nine-piece jazz funk band (allegedly), musically these eclectic bleep‘n’roll Bristolian nutjobs get very close to the bone too. ‘Assassinator 13’s bass rumbles along like an 18 wheeler with the axles loosened by Kieran from The Cooper Temple Clause. Casios blast off into space, theremins are strangled in the background: it’s dirrty but not in an Xtina way, more like working a 12 hour shift in a fish‘n’chip shop with no air conditioning. God knows what it all means though…
