Ash

Polaris

It is plain and simple, Ash make great pop songs. ‘Polaris’ is another classic that could easily sit alongside ‘Girl From Mars’ and ‘Burn Baby Burn’. Some idiots will compare this track to some poor Keane-driven piano ballad, but they are just nob-ends. ‘Polaris’ is a lot better than that. It’s cheesy, uplifting and more infectious than genital herpes. Ash are back on form, and long may it continue.
