Bjork : It's In Our Hands

Not even in Bath are people this nice...

AAARRGGHH! Not content with having relentlessly taken English vowel sounds to places they should never have to go over an exhausting ten year solo career (greatest hits out now, yodelling fans!) the Amelie of indie-pop returns with a bleeping underwater ditty that sounds like the cutting edge of dance music. In 1993.

"It’s in our hands/It always was" coos the paparazzi-friendly one with the awe of a five year old having found a crab in a rock pool. Which, if you didn’t get the impression she plots her career with the steely singlemindedness of a Tory MP during Conference season, would be fine. Not even in Bath are people this nice.
