Django Django - 'Life’s A Beach'

It’s almost made for a Kill Bill soundtrack

Photo: Press
Tight, syncopated guitars and bass twist and turn around this dusty track, haunted by sitars and jangled along by spit-and-sawdust drums. It’s almost made for a Kill Bill soundtrack. The vocals are its only fault. When they kick in it ruins the initial thrill – like if you met Samuel L Jackson only to discover he’s got a noodle-limp handshake.
